I wrote this letter for a client whose Chevy Cavalier died at 74,000 miles. I went through service records to create a timeline of the car's deficiencies, and then sent this letter to the CEO of General Motors. Within 24 hours of receipt, GM offered my client $4000 for a new engine.

I wrote this letter for a client whose landlord refused to make necessary repairs after her family's apartment flooded. I conducted extensive research in order to demonstrate that the building was negligent. Eventually, her family was awarded $3000.
